4. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Qübe Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
